Please try the following:

• Completely close and restart the app
• Restart your iPhone
• Make sure iOS is updated to the latest version

Q. I can't download additional content

Please check your internet connection. Wi-Fi or mobile data must be enabled.

Q. I want to reset my game progress

Deleting and reinstalling the app will reset all data.
