LateralQ (iOS Application)

This Privacy Policy explains how LateralQ ("the App") handles user information. The developer of the App ("the Developer") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

The App does not collect any personal information.

Specifically, the following information is not collected, transmitted, or shared:

• Device identifiers (such as IDFA)

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App saves game progress to your device's local storage (UserDefaults). This data exists only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

Examples of stored data:

• Puzzle completion status
• Answer history
• App settings

This data is completely deleted when you uninstall the App.

4. Content Downloads

The App delivers additional puzzle content through Apple's On-Demand Resources (ODR). These downloads are handled through Apple's infrastructure, and the Developer does not operate independent servers. Communications related to downloads are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services such as advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or social login providers.

6. Children's Privacy

Since the App does not collect personal information, it can be safely used by users of all ages, including children under 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated in connection with the addition of new features or changes to the service. Significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
