LateralQ (iOS Application)

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LateralQ ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App is a game application for playing lateral thinking puzzles (also known as "situation puzzles" or "Turtle Soup"). Its main features include:

• Displaying and playing puzzles
• Downloading additional puzzle content
• Saving game progress on your device

3. Usage Requirements

The following conditions apply to the use of the App:

• An iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later is required
• An internet connection is required to download additional content
• No account registration is required

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's content (including text, images, design, and software) belong to the developer or their rightful owners.

You may use the App's content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, redistribution, sale, or other commercial use of the App's content is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
2. Tampering with, unauthorized modification of, or circumventing the App's security features
3. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the App's content

7. Changes to or Termination of Service
